What is The Westfield Ultra?

The Westfield Ultra is MissionCleanWater’s annual running fundraiser at Tamaques Park in Westfield, NJ where participants will see how far they can go around the .8 mile loop in either 3/6/9/12/24 hours. All proceeds from the Westfield Ultra support our clean water programs.

This is more then a race, it is a committed community using movement to bring awareness and support to bring reliable clean drinking water to underserved communities.

We welcome participants of all experience levels to join us. Whether it is your first time or trying to break 100 miles in 24 hours, it is a race for everyone.

Over the past five years, we as a community have ran over 10,000 miles, and raised over $50,000.

How Are Registrations Used

Your registration acts as a donation toward MissionCleanWater. For the 2026 Westfield Ultra, we will be using your registration to help expand the Awasi clean water project in Uganda.

Awasi is one of MissionCleanWater’s solar-powered water systems that currently provides reliable clean water to thousands of people. The next phase will extend clean water access to nearby communities that still rely on unsafe sources or travel long distances for water. This expansion will add new public tap stands, improve the system’s solar capacity, and help more families access clean water closer to home.
