Can James Become the New WaterBoy?
This year, our founder is turning 30 years old (May 27th). What a milestone! And he has two birthday wishes.
The first is for Adam Sandler to name him the new official Waterboy. James and Bobby Boucher both have a huge love for providing people with high-quality H2O. Bobby started his mission by helping his friends and family and James is taking it one step further, by providing water to people around the world. Through the month of May, follow James’s social media profiles and reshare the content he is sharing.
His second wish is to be able to turn MissionCleanWater into his full-time job. Please consider becoming a monthly donor to MissionCleanWater or make a one-time donation.
100 Miles Carrying 45lbs of Water
Our founder has finished a marathon a day for 52 days, 14 marathons carrying 5 gallons of water, walked across America pulling 10 gallons of water, and 30 miles every day for 30 days, all in an effort to help people without clean water.
To celebrate his Birthday (May 27th), he is going to complete 100 miles while carrying 5 gallons of water to symbolize the journey families do to find water. He hopes to finish in 36 hours.

On May 13th, James will be tackling an entire Water Box build for 24hrs. He will be live-streaming the entire event but feel welcome to volunteer your time to help out! To volunteer send us an email.

Make a donation to one of our specific campaigns listed below. These are the different projects we have ongoing. To make the biggest impact, please consider becoming a monthly donor.
Throughout May, we will be posting regularly on social media until Adam Sandler names our founder, James, the new Water Boy. When you see one of our posts, look at who we are tagging, and add them into the comments.
Join us May 20th
Join James as he tackles 100 miles while carrying 45lbs of water. You don’t have to do the entire 100 miles with him but come support him for as long as you can. Having someone to talk to is always the best distraction.

Becoming a monthly donor is one of the best ways to assist a nonprofit in moving its mission forward. It gives us the opportunity to better plan our projects and most importantly, take care of our employees. For example, James, who works full-time for MissionCleanWater has not made one penny for his work. At least yet.

We are almost done with this project that will supply clean water to 2,500 community members of Awasi. All that is left is starting the distribution network so everyone is within .5kms of a clean water collection point.

After our second Water Box, we will be relooking at our domestic clean water action plan in partnership with 501cthree to figure out how we can maximize our impact on New Jersey communities.
