After finding healing, strength, and transformation through endurance running, Patricia Lightell, lovingly known as Trisha, created Trisha’s Tea to help others reconnect with themselves through nourishment, resilience, and self-care.

Now, Trisha is bringing that same spirit to the Holmdel Classic, where she will run to raise $850 for MissionCleanWater. Her fundraiser will support long-lasting clean water systems in Uganda, helping families access safer water and spend less time collecting it.

Through Trisha’s Tea, she encourages people to slow down and care for themselves. Through this fundraiser, she is extending that care to communities working toward reliable access to clean water.

Trisha’s Tea will also be featured at the race aid stations with The Runner’s Reset™, a refreshing Herbal Hydration Iced Tea Blend made with herbs, pink Himalayan salt, and honey.
