2027 Lenape Runventure
March 27th, 2027
Start: Milburn, NJ
Solo or Relay
Start Time: 7am
What is The Lenape Trail Runventure?
The Lenape Trail Runventure is a 34-mile self-navigation trail challenge across New Jersey’s Lenape Trail. Runners can take it on solo or as part of a relay team, moving through over 19 parks and municipalities.
Often a large bucket list trail to complete for the NJ running community, this trail packs everything into one experience. From iconic parks, well maintained trails, and cute downtowns, runners will have the chance to see new areas of NJ.
MissionCleanWater will support you by creating 5 aid stations throughout the entire course to keep runners supplied and hydrated. Each aid station is roughly 3-8 miles apart.
Every registration supports MissionCleanWater’s work to bring lasting clean water solutions to communities in need.
Solo Option:
For the solo option, we will park at the end of the trail in South Mountain Reservation at 7am and then shuttle over to the start in Branch Brook Park in Newark, NJ.
Relay Option:
Relay teams can have 2-6 team members since there are 6 total segments based off our aid stations. Sections range from either being mostly road, mixed road/trail, or only trail and between 3-8 miles. Relay teams can meet us at 8am in Branch Brook Park in Newark NJ.
The Puzzle:
Rather then a medal, we give out a puzzle. At every checkpoint, you collect a new piece of the puzzle. Once you complete the trail, you can assemble your entire puzzle revealing your medal!
