This was a special weekend for Ryan. One of the people he trains completed their first spartan race and he finished his fastest sprint. This Spartan sprint has less elevation then most forested focused races but definitely has a lot more mud and water. If you are not muddy by the end of the race, you might of missed the course.
Can Ryan finish the course three separate times? yes

RAce Description

What seems like an easier race then others can not be taken lightly. Race Directors find a way to make every race unique and challenging and that is the case of the Boston Sprint.
What seems like a purposely flooded course showcases new obstacles, slippery terrain and an unforgiving course.

This is a great race for first timers.
